To treat it properly, it’s important to know what exactly is causing dry skin. Our skin contains a natural layer of oils. Without these moisturising oils, skin is vulnerable to cracking, itchiness and flaking.

Dry, oily and combination skin are common three skin types. Care skin according to your skin quality. This post is about dry skin. When our bodies produce less organic oil sebum, we suffer with dry skin problem. There are some simple healthy skin care tips and homemade remedies to control dry skin issue.

Treating dry summer skin starts with knowing how to retain the oils on your skin. Whether you have dry skin in a few spots or excessive climbing, relief from the effects of the heated summer air is within reach:

Start the day out right. A hot bath might experience like paradise, but it can ruin your skin. Long steamy bath tend to dry out skin by washing off the complexion's oils. Without these oils, our skin drops more moisture than necessary during the day. If you find your skin feels scratchy, tight or measly after a bath, then it’s time to reconsider your morning schedule. Consider taking cooler, shorter baths to amp up complexion's organic oil features.

Use the right soaps. How does your soap smell? Heavily fragrant soaps might be roughly burning away complexion's organic oils, supporting and abetting the drying-out process. The more we clean the more damage we might be doing. Try trading in rich, foamy soaps for more soothing, fragrance-free ones.

Avoid hot water for bath in summer season.

Use raw aloe Vera gel straight on your skin. You can get it from cutting fleshy foliage of aloe Vera plant.

Apply Glycerin on face and whole before going to bed. Let it be whole night and clean in the morning.

Soak about a 1 tsp of almonds in hot water in night, keep it over night and smash the almond in morning until it becomes smooth paste and then add 1 tsp of honey in that. Then implement nicely on a clean face( you can implement on arms and back also) keep for 10 min then clean your face using mild face wash. You can do it again this every week twice.

Honey softens and moisturizes dry skin, and can be used straight to troublesome areas – massage carefully into skin and let sit for 2-3 minutes and rinse. Repeat everyday and you will experience noticeably softer skin.

Coconut oil is wonder oil, and one of its areas of expertise is moisturising! There are so many ways you can use it – lather it right onto the skin, implement to troublesome areas like your hands, cuticles, and joints, or add a few spoonful’s to your bath! It leaves skin feeling incredibly smooth and it also smells amazing.
